Inspect circulating pump(s) operation
Inspect supply and return water temperature difference
Inspect burner flame color
Inspect gas pressure output
Inspect combustion air venting for obstructions
Inspect exhaust venting for leaks
Inspect expansion tank air pressure
Inspect piping for leaks
Flush boiler piping with water
Maintenance plan exclusions & disclaimers
Any repairs needed, or parts that need to be replaced on your boiler system while we perform our inspection, will be quoted before we repair the system.
Our goal is to serve customers on the Boiler Maintenance Plan within one business day of calling for a boiler system breakdown, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to complete diagnostics or repairs within one business day.
This plan does not guarantee that the equipment will not break down, or that there will be no standard wear on equipment or parts. The service is designed to maintain your boiler system to help prevent future breakdowns, but breakdowns are not guaranteed against. Rock Solid Plumbing Heating and Air will not be held liable for future breakdowns associated with normal wear or aging equipment.
If the contract is terminated, the customer is no longer eligible for the plan's services or discounts.
The contract can be terminated by the homeowner or Rock Solid Plumbing Heating and Air at any time.
