Indoor Air Quality

Filtration, humidification and ventilation for dust, allergies and dry Colorado air.

Indoor Air Quality in Loveland & Northern Colorado

A tight modern house recirculates the same air all winter, and at our altitude it arrives bone dry. That combination is why so many Northern Colorado homes deal with dust that never settles, static shocks, cracked woodwork, morning sore throats and allergies that don't let up indoors. We fix the air itself rather than masking it: high-MERV media filtration that catches what a one-inch fiberglass filter never will, whole-home humidifiers plumbed and controlled properly, UV and air purification for microbial growth at the coil, and ventilation for houses that are sealed too well to breathe on their own. We'll start by telling you which of those your house actually needs.

What we offer

  • Whole-home media filtration & high-MERV upgrades
  • Humidifiers sized and plumbed for dry winters
  • UV lights and air purification at the air handler
  • Fresh-air ventilation for tightly sealed homes
  • Honest assessment — only what your home needs

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a whole-home humidifier here?

Colorado winters are dry enough that many homes benefit — dry air shows up as static, cracked woodwork, dry skin and sinuses. It isn't universal, and over-humidifying causes its own problems with condensation on windows, so it's worth setting up properly rather than just adding one.

Will a better filter help with allergies?

Often, yes, but filter choice interacts with airflow — a very restrictive filter in a system not designed for it makes the blower work harder and can reduce performance. Media cabinets sized for the system are usually the better answer than forcing a dense filter into a one-inch slot.

Are UV purifiers worthwhile?

They can help with microbial growth on coils and in the air handler, which is a real benefit in the right installation. They're not a substitute for filtration or ventilation, and we'd rather explain what one will and won't do than sell it as a cure-all.
